This website (www.adidasamraj.org) is owned and maintained by the Adi Da Foundation, a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, on behalf of the Avataric Samrajya of Adidam Pty Ltd, an Australian registered nonprofit (ACN 007 387 528) (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Adi Da Foundation (“Foundation”) owns and operates www.adidasamraj.org (“Website”) on behalf of Avataric Samrajya of Adidam Pty Ltd (“ASA”). The Website is hosted on servers in the United States. By visiting and/or using this Website, you agree to the Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), as it is amended from time to time. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

You acknowledge and agree that the courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms of Use, and you expressly waive any rights you may have to contest such choice of jurisdiction, including issues of forum non conveniens.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms of Use limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian law that cannot be excluded by contract, including any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
